Own end-to-end supply chain execution process design for inventory, inbound/outbound logistics, warehouse operations, 3PL and returns. Define outcome-oriented business intents for AI agents, enforce system-driven physical movements and serial-number governance, ensure correct COGS postings in D365 F&O, run gap analyses, write BRDs, and serve as cross-functional SCE subject-matter expert to improve stock accuracy and fulfillment performance.

Own end-to-end Demand-to-Order process design in D365 F&O: demand forecasting, pricing, discount rules, and autonomous order generation. Define AI agent intents, perform gap analyses, write BRDs, monitor KPIs, and drive ERP initiatives with cross-functional stakeholders.

Document, analyze, and improve supply chain execution processes in D365 F&O; convert flows into machine-readable formats for AI agents; monitor KPIs and data quality; support SCE initiatives, testing, agent guardrails, and serial-number governance across warehouses and 3PLs.

Own and enforce master data governance across Customer, Vendor, Product, and Asset domains in D365 F&O. Define governance framework, data quality rules, change processes, and readiness criteria for AI agents. Collaborate with Finance, SCM, Tech and solution architects to resolve data issues, drive automation, and ensure governed data before system changes or go-lives.

Document, analyze, and continuously improve end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes in D365 F&O. Record and reconcile supplier and customer invoices, manage AP/AR, prepare payment proposals and purchase orders, maintain ERP financial records, support month-end close, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate financial operations.

Design, build, and maintain dbt models and Snowflake data schemas powering KPI dashboards and ad-hoc analyses. Write production-grade SQL for complex pipelines and partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into robust metrics. Shape BI strategy, modeling standards, and use AI-assisted tooling to accelerate delivery.

Build low-code front-end apps for sales, architect automations using Airtable/Make.com and custom scripts, co-develop CRM with Airtable and Supabase, integrate external systems (Salesforce, Pipedrive), manage data pipelines, and perform QA and troubleshooting in production.

Design and implement automations and scalable workflows; work with data and automation tools; build autonomous agent systems for pricing, market analysis and forecasting; manage projects end-to-end; design data architectures and maintain clear documentation to deliver measurable business impact.

Build and maintain the central data platform powering domain Analytics Engineering and BI: evolve dbt platform, enable self-service tooling, manage IaC and GitOps, enforce federated governance and PII handling, add observability/testing, and partner with domain teams to unblock and enable safe, scalable model delivery.

Senior individual-contributor who defines data platform architecture, standards, and governance.
