Manage customer and vendor invoicing, payment tracking, bank and account reconciliations, month-end and quarterly closings, VAT and tax compliance, accounting records, audits, and finance projects. The role also supports workflow optimization across entities and requires Italian accounting expertise, strong Italian and English skills, and Excel proficiency.

Oversee daily office operations, administration, scheduling, supplies, procurement, facilities coordination, documentation, HR support, invoicing, transportation logistics, budgets, and compliance. The role maintains an efficient workplace, liaises with suppliers and service providers, supports employee onboarding and records, and improves internal procedures. Fluency in French and English is required, while Italian is advantageous. This is an on-site, permanent position in Tunisia.

Design and implement automations and scalable workflows; work with data and automation tools; build autonomous agent systems for pricing, market analysis and forecasting; manage projects end-to-end; design data architectures and maintain clear documentation to deliver measurable business impact.

Build and operate scalable data pipelines, ingestion integrations, dbt models, and orchestration on Snowflake, Airflow, and Azure. Define data platform architecture, developer tooling, infrastructure-as-code, governance, observability, testing, privacy controls, and engineering standards. Lead technical decisions, roadmap development, stakeholder collaboration, and self-service enablement for analytics and business teams.

Own complex group accounting and consolidation topics, prepare IFRS and HGB consolidated financial statements, review financial results, perform intercompany and equity consolidations, coordinate group audits, and improve reporting processes. Partner with accounting, finance, tax, FP&A, and senior stakeholders across an international organization while supporting entity integrations and resolving reporting issues.

Own complex technical accounting matters across the Group under IFRS and HGB. Develop accounting conclusions, audit-ready position papers, technical memos, and supporting analyses. Advise Finance and business stakeholders, implement accounting decisions into reporting processes, maintain accounting policies and governance, monitor new standards, and provide expertise on revenue recognition, leases, financial instruments, provisions, consolidation, and business combinations. Represent Technical Accounting with auditors and provide training and guidance.

Lead the design and scaling of dbt data models and ETL/ELT pipelines, translate business needs into analytics, coordinate delivery, mentor team members, and optimize data workflows for reliability and scalability.

Take end-to-end ownership of core product systems: design and implement scalable backend services (NestJS/Node.js), frontend experiences (Next.js/React), and data models (MongoDB). Build cloud-native solutions on Azure, integrate APIs, manage CI/CD and IaC, maintain production systems, optimize performance, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead the design, governance, and evolution of D365FO Finance architecture across modules and legal entities. Translate complex finance requirements into robust, scalable D365FO solutions, drive standardization and global rollouts, guide consultants and developers, and ensure high-quality delivery and solution governance across design, build, testing, cutover, and support.

Support strategic and operational projects by analysing business processes, mapping workflows and data flows, gathering stakeholder requirements, documenting processes and business rules, and helping standardize and optimize scalable ways of working across teams.

Lead and grow the ERP engineering team to own and evolve Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O. Drive technical strategy, architecture, integrations, CI/CD, and high-quality delivery across Finance, Operations, and Energy domains.

Design, build, and maintain production dbt models and semantic layer artifacts to provide governed business metrics. Optimize Snowflake performance and data freshness, create certified datasets and dashboards, troubleshoot source data issues, and partner with BI and business teams. Mentor the team and enable AI-assisted analytics workflows.
