Apply root cause analysis, SPC, Lean methods, and performance data to prevent downtime and improve system efficiency.

Provides onsite Level 2 support for enterprise endpoints, manufacturing workstations, identity, connectivity, and workplace technology. Responsibilities include incident ownership, endpoint imaging and lifecycle management, software deployment, patching, vulnerability remediation, security coordination, production support, documentation, and continuous improvement. The role requires collaboration with global IT, security, infrastructure, application, manufacturing, and vendor teams, including occasional after-hours incident or change support.

Supports manufacturing operations through ERP and MES data integration, reporting automation, KPI standardization, and business process improvement. Partners with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, and IT to gather requirements, design solutions, support MRP and MPS reporting, document processes, develop training materials, and provide implementation and ongoing system support.

Executes indirect purchasing from requisition through invoice settlement, supports sourcing events and supplier selection, and assists with commercial negotiations and contracts. Analyzes procurement KPIs, savings, delivery performance, and supplier results while preparing management reports. Develop and industrialize Li-ion battery cell assembly and packaging processes, including vacuum degas, electrolyte filling, and adhesive dispensing. Define process windows through DOE, establish controls and inspection methods, qualify equipment, analyze defects, and lead root cause corrective actions. Transfer capable processes to high-volume manufacturing while improving yield, cycle time, and material utilization. Create QMS documentation, analyze data in JMP, coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, and drive projects to completion.

Leads product performance from concept through high-volume production, aligning customer requirements with specifications. Drives yield management, quality improvement, process compliance, failure analysis, corrective actions, cost and performance enhancements, and product integration. Develops yield models and failure-tracking systems, manages specifications, collaborates with customers and R&D, and presents technical findings to stakeholders.

Manage export control and sanctions compliance for South Korea operations. Responsibilities include classifying goods, software, and technology; assessing licensing requirements; screening counterparties; investigating potential sanctions matches; maintaining compliance policies, controls, records, and screening tools; delivering cross-functional training; monitoring regulatory developments; and supporting audits, investigations, government inquiries, and voluntary disclosures.

The R&D Intern will support design, testing, and analysis of lithium-ion batteries focusing on silicon-based anodes, collaborating with teams to develop high-performance battery technologies.
