As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be an important contributor for the Human Resources operations of our growing company. This position reports to Director, HR, in Korea. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from posting positions, identifying potential candidates, onboarding new hires, organizing trainings, assisting on employee relations, and offboarding employees. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and ensure a positive hiring experiences promoting the Company Branding, an analytic mind who can draw up the analysis on the trends and patterns of Talent Supply Pipelines and policies, processes, and procedures in the related fields.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networks, and referrals.
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates’ skillsets, experience and culture fit.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers and panels.
- Facilitate the background checks if required.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future job openings including association with schools.
- Prepare and partake in Campus Blitz.
- Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to management.
- Onboard an identified candidate per the defined internal procedures
- Conduct the New Hire Orientation & organize other trainings.
- Assist Employee Relations including preparing EE Council
- Lead Employee Survey
- Offboard employees including Exit Interviews and uploading the data in HRIS
- Document processes and policies as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or related.
- Minimum 3~5 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition, Corporate Training, and/or HR Generalist
- Strong understanding and proven success story in talent acquisition by using various channels creatively
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal in Korean and English
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to details seeing a big picture at the same time
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
- Experience in recruiting in manufacturing industry

- Self-driven with high ownership of work and also flexible and willing to take on ad-hoc tasks.
- Comfortable working independently and as part of team.
- Risk management mind set and problem-solving skill.

- High proficiency in MS Excel (eg. formulas, pivot, tables and graphs) and Power Point.
