Leads daily school operations, including facilities maintenance, cleanliness, utilities, procurement, supplier management, logistics, inventory, security, health and safety, budgeting, compliance, records, inspections, and operational support for campus events and projects.

The Dean of Students maintains a safe, orderly campus by enforcing attendance, punctuality, uniform, and behavioral policies. Responsibilities include supervising arrival, class transitions, lunch, dismissal, and campus closure; handling disciplinary incidents; documenting behavioral actions; communicating with parents; monitoring campus areas; and ensuring students depart safely. The role works eight active hours daily across morning and afternoon shifts.

Lead HR partner for an academic division across seven campuses, responsible for strategic HR advisory, end-to-end faculty recruitment and onboarding, performance management and professional development, employee relations and safeguarding, HR operations, and HR analytics to support executive decision-making.

Teach primary students from reception through Standard 6 and secondary students through IGCSE and IB Diploma programs. Teachers will support whole-child development, meet diverse learning needs, deliver international curricula, and contribute to the school’s academic model across subjects including sciences, languages, humanities, mathematics, ICT, arts, business, and physical education.

Lead daily group treasury operations and drive Shared Service Centre implementation. Own 12-week cash forecasts, ensure data integrity, reconcile debt schedules with Xero, support lender reporting, maintain bank account and signatory registers, and manage change onboarding for multi-country school finance partners.

Lead an Enko school in Africa, ensuring academic excellence, financial performance, staff recruitment and development, accreditation (IB/CAIE), student recruitment, and community engagement while implementing the Enko model and supporting network growth.

Support product team to scale teacher recruitment product and coordinate international student trips. Drive process improvements, cross-functional coordination, data analysis, communication strategies, research, and support product rollouts and learning initiatives across the Enko network.

Represent the school to families and communities to grow enrolment, manage the admissions funnel, lead school visits, run local marketing and engagement activities, support retention through relationship-building and feedback analysis, and collaborate with Head of School and central marketing to meet enrolment targets.

Lead implementation and management of an assigned IB programme (PYP, MYP or DP), ensure IB standards compliance, liaise with the IBO, mentor teachers, coordinate assessments and professional development, prepare authorization/evaluation documentation, and contribute to school strategy and continuous improvement.

Open application for finance professionals across Africa. Roles range from school-based accounting to regional finance leadership. Responsibilities include accounting and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, audits and compliance, finance projects (ERP/BI), financial analysis and presenting insights, and mentoring junior staff.

Lead end-to-end projects across Africa including school launches, integrations, feasibility studies, and operational improvements.
