Lead Business Efficiency across 11 African countries by defining a 3-year tech roadmap, auditing systems (EDUKA, XERO, Toddle), building integrations and APIs, deploying AI and automation, creating BI dashboards (Looker Studio, Power BI), and driving human-centric change management while managing a central team and external providers.

Responsibilities include accounting and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, audits and compliance, finance projects (ERP/BI), financial analysis and presenting insights, and mentoring junior staff.
