Lead academic and cultural transformation for a British curriculum international school in Kenya. Responsibilities include curriculum excellence from Early Years through A-Levels, academic performance, university guidance, teacher leadership and development, student retention, parent experience, extracurricular programming, admissions support, and collaboration with central Marketing, Finance, and HR partners. The role also oversees implementation of school management systems and aligns campus strategy with organizational performance goals.

Lead instructional quality, academic performance, accreditation, teacher development, student retention, and parent engagement at Enko Maputo. The Head of School will guide IB and Cambridge/CAIE implementation, analyze educational outcomes, build a collaborative school culture, and coordinate with Finance, HR, Marketing, and central education teams. The role requires strong educational leadership, English and Portuguese communication, and commitment to expanding high-quality international education in Africa.

Welcomes and directs parents, visitors, vendors, students, and staff; manages front-desk communications, visitor logs, mail, deliveries, and reception organization. Provides basic school and admissions information, routes parent requests, and supports conferences and campus events. Assists administrative and HR teams with data entry, filing, scanning, archiving, attendance logs, room scheduling, and other campus administrative tasks.
