Build and maintain relationships among students, host families, schools, and internal stakeholders. Support cultural interpretation, student and host-family issues, orientations, training, intake, school meetings, and local community development. Respond to crises, maintain records, provide custodianship for students under 18, and travel within the Niagara region. The role requires strong communication, judgment, organization, customer service, confidentiality, and independent work, including some evening and weekend availability.

Provides accounting and administrative support, focusing on accounts receivable, bank deposits, corporate credit card reconciliation, financial data entry, tax rebate calculations, document retention, internal controls, mail services, and audit assistance. The Relationship Manager supports international students, host families, schools, and parents throughout homestay programs. Responsibilities include relationship management, cultural guidance, host training, student orientations, recordkeeping, community building, crisis response, school meetings, custodianship of minors, and local travel. The role is permanent, part-time, hybrid, and requires flexible evening or weekend availability.

The Executive Director implements the Board-approved strategy, manages staff and programs, oversees budgets and compliance, supports downtown revitalization, represents the organization publicly, and builds partnerships with businesses, municipal stakeholders, and community organizations.

Lead the Lands Department to manage land use, protect treaty rights, negotiate agreements with governments and industry, oversee environmental conservation, manage contracts and funding, represent the community on resource committees, and provide legal and policy guidance to leadership.

Provide local relationship management for international students and host families: onboard and train hosts and students, maintain records, respond to crises, support custody duties for minors, plan events, travel locally, and build a community of host families while liaising with schools and partners.
