Provide high-level administrative and operational support to Co-CEOs and leadership, including calendar management, scheduling across time zones, document and records management, meeting preparation and logistics, travel and expense coordination, vendor and invoicing support, data accuracy and reporting, and support for events and organizational projects. Maintain confidentiality, prioritize tasks, and ensure efficient information flow in a remote work environment.

Lead the Lands Department to manage land use, protect treaty rights, negotiate agreements with governments and industry, oversee environmental conservation, manage contracts and funding, represent the community on resource committees, and provide legal and policy guidance to leadership.

Lead and execute WMFN's operational strategy across departments: develop budgets and work plans, oversee recruitment/training/performance, ensure program implementation and regulatory compliance, manage contracts and funding proposals, and engage members and external stakeholders to advance community priorities.

Lead data management, dashboarding, AI-enabled process improvement, and enterprise risk support. Manage DGV's integrated data platform, build consistent automation and responsible AI approaches, and provide data-driven risk assessment and insights to cross-functional teams and executives.

Lead the Kamloops Central BIA as its senior executive, translating board strategy into operations. Oversee program delivery, finances, staff and volunteers; drive economic development, stakeholder relations, advocacy, and brand leadership; pursue funding and partnerships; participate in municipal planning; and ensure governance, compliance, and measurable outcomes to strengthen downtown vitality.

Provide sales team and customer support: manage orders and onboarding, serve as primary contact via phone/email, maintain CRM and order records, analyze customer data, identify process improvements, and collaborate with Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing to resolve issues.

Provide local relationship management for international students and host families: onboard and train hosts and students, maintain records, respond to crises, support custody duties for minors, plan events, travel locally, and build a community of host families while liaising with schools and partners.

Provide strategic leadership and oversight of the Culture Department, mentoring staff and Family Representatives, implementing long-term cultural plans, managing budgets and governance processes, leading grant and proposal activities, coordinating cross-departmental cultural initiatives, and ensuring accountability for sustaining the Nation's culture, language, and heritage.
