Build and maintain relationships among students, host families, schools, and internal stakeholders. Support cultural interpretation, student and host-family issues, orientations, training, intake, school meetings, and local community development. Respond to crises, maintain records, provide custodianship for students under 18, and travel within the Niagara region. The role requires strong communication, judgment, organization, customer service, confidentiality, and independent work, including some evening and weekend availability.

Provides accounting and administrative support, focusing on accounts receivable, bank deposits, corporate credit card reconciliation, financial data entry, tax rebate calculations, document retention, internal controls, mail services, and audit assistance. The role coordinates with internal teams, donors, finance leadership, and service providers while maintaining accurate records, confidentiality, and compliance with GAAP, CRA requirements, and nonprofit revenue recognition standards. This is a home-based, full-time, 18-month contract position serving the Greater Toronto Area.
