Provide high-level administrative and operational support to Co-CEOs and leadership, including calendar management, scheduling across time zones, document and records management, meeting preparation and logistics, travel and expense coordination, vendor and invoicing support, data accuracy and reporting, and support for events and organizational projects. Maintain confidentiality, prioritize tasks, and ensure efficient information flow in a remote work environment.

Lead the Lands Department to manage land use, protect treaty rights, negotiate agreements with governments and industry, oversee environmental conservation, manage contracts and funding, represent the community on resource committees, and provide legal and policy guidance to leadership.

Lead and execute WMFN's operational strategy across departments: develop budgets and work plans, oversee recruitment/training/performance, ensure program implementation and regulatory compliance, manage contracts and funding proposals, and engage members and external stakeholders to advance community priorities.
