Drive new business with utilities and public sector clients by prospecting, presenting renewable energy solutions, preparing financial proposals, coordinating with operations for installable solutions, maintaining customer relationships through installation, and meeting sales and margin targets.

Lead small engineering team and manage technical project delivery for energy audits, feasibility studies, building modeling, M&V, and mechanical/electrical design. Develop energy savings calculations, cost estimates, client reports, and measurement & verification plans. Perform site inspections, utility analysis, benchmarking, and manage subconsultants and client relationships.

Lead engineering and project development for building energy projects: perform ASHRAE Level 1–3 audits, develop feasibility assessments, energy models, savings and life‑cycle cost analyses, draft M&V plans, coordinate vendors/contractors, support construction and commissioning, mentor junior engineers, and drive process improvements to maximize project profitability and compliance with codes and standards.

Lead project financing for energy construction projects: structure financings, work with sales and lenders, negotiate and close deals, manage a portfolio of financing and performance guarantees, support capital planning, and represent the company at industry events.
