A leading power‑supply company specializing in the development and production of standard and custom power supplies for military, civil aviation, and space applications is seeking a Magnetics Engineer.
Job Description
- Preparing manufacturing packages for magnetic components based on R&D designs as part of the NPI (New Product Introduction) process.
- Maintaining, supporting, and improving existing production documentation for various types of coils.
- Providing engineering solutions and technical support to subcontractors and manufacturers specializing in magnetics production (India, USA, Thailand).
- Working in close collaboration with R&D, Engineering, and Production teams.
- Initiating and leading process‑improvement activities, performing failure analyses, and driving cost‑reduction projects.
- Education: B.Sc. in Electronics Engineering or Practical Electronics Engineer — must.
- 4+ years of experience in NPI roles and providing technical/engineering support for electronic products — must.
- Experience working with OrCAD — must.
- Experience in designing and manufacturing magnetics components (Cores, Pot‑Cores, Line Transformers, etc.) — advantage.
- Full proficiency in Hebrew and English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office — must.
- Experience working with Agile, Priority — advantage.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Availability for a full‑time position.
Skills Required
