Develops companywide learning strategies, conducts needs assessments, and designs onboarding, leadership, compliance, safety, and operational training. Creates instructor-led and digital curricula, job aids, assessments, and professional training videos from scripting through publishing. Administers LMS content and reporting, facilitates learning, evaluates outcomes, manages training media, and advises leaders on performance solutions. Partners across departments and visits company or client locations to validate needs and support implementation.

Own the company’s revenue operations systems across supply-side recruiting and demand-side go-to-market. Build and administer Go High Level CRM pipelines, scoring models, automation workflows, integrations, governance standards, and executive dashboards. Model funnel economics, monitor conversion and SLA metrics, manage platform vendors, and identify scalability risks. The role partners with senior leadership and establishes operational standards for the revenue team.

Collects, transports, and disposes of trash, recyclables, bulk items, hazardous waste, and electronic waste. Cleans public areas, windows, stairs, and parking lots; operates and inspects removal vehicles and equipment; follows safety and environmental regulations; reports maintenance issues; and works outdoors performing physically demanding tasks.

Build and ship end-to-end customer-facing features and internal tools across data models, backend services, frontend interfaces, and integrations. Use React, TypeScript, Node.js, Python, PHP, and AI coding tools as needed. Own testing, observability, security, API quality, deployment, and production fixes. Collaborate in person three days weekly, communicate through design docs and pull requests, and mentor junior engineers.

Coordinates housekeeping operations, task assignments, inventory, client requests, staff training, documentation, regulatory compliance, and cross-department communication. Supports special projects, resolves service and equipment issues, reports operational updates to leadership, and recommends process improvements. Requires frequent movement and lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 30–50 pounds.

Plans and coordinates quality assurance, safety, loss prevention, and accident prevention programs. Conducts site and equipment inspections, audits, accident and claims investigations, and prepares reports and corrective action plans. Provides safety training, develops OSHA-compliant policies, maintains quality records, and supports continual improvement and customer complaint resolution.
