Manages strategic client accounts for facilities maintenance and commercial cleaning services. Builds long-term relationships, retains contracts, identifies expansion opportunities, negotiates agreements, conducts business reviews, and resolves service issues. Coordinates with operations, technicians, finance, and billing teams to ensure service quality, compliance, and efficient invoicing. Tracks KPIs and customer feedback, provides performance insights, supports process improvements, and identifies opportunities involving energy efficiency, predictive maintenance, and smart building solutions.

Supports the Controller and finance team across general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, billing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, reporting, payroll, and benefits administration. The role also helps automate recurring finance workflows using AI and technology, produces operational reports, investigates workticket discrepancies, and supports internal controls and process scalability.

Develops companywide learning strategies, conducts needs assessments, and designs onboarding, leadership, compliance, safety, and operational training. Creates instructor-led and digital curricula, job aids, assessments, and professional training videos from scripting through publishing. Administers LMS content and reporting, facilitates learning, evaluates outcomes, manages training media, and advises leaders on performance solutions. Partners across departments and visits company or client locations to validate needs and support implementation.
