Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children by implementing individualized programs and Behavior Intervention Plans, collecting data, collaborating with families and supervisors, and supporting skill development in communication, social, and daily living areas.

Lead non-clinical operations to coordinate client access, caregiver and funder communication, scheduling, recruiting support, and workflow completion for ABA clinic services. Monitor trackers, resolve operational barriers, escalate high-impact clinical or staffing issues, and support process improvements and service recovery.

Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervision. Implement individualized treatment plans, collect session data, encourage positive behaviors, collaborate with families, and follow HIPAA and company policies. Training and mentorship provided; no prior ABA experience required.

Deliver one-on-one ABA interventions for children by implementing individualized programs and BIPs, collecting data, engaging families, managing challenging behaviors, and communicating with the clinical team.
