We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician (BT) to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this pivotal role, you will work directly with children and families, implementing evidence-based ABA strategies to unlock each client’s unique potential. Key Responsibilities:
Implement individualized ABA programs designed by the clinical team to foster communication, social, and daily living skills.
Proactively manage and address challenging behaviors using individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Maintain precise, data-driven records to track client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
Collaborate with families and caregivers during sessions, empowering them with strategies to support their child’s growth.
Maintain professional communication with supervisors, families, and team members to ensure a seamless service experience.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required); Bachelor’s degree or current RBT certification (preferred).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 50 lbs., bending, kneeling, and engaging in active play.
Willingness to complete fingerprint clearance (DOJ/FBI), CPR, and First Aid certifications.
Schedule:
Afternoon/evening availability Monday–Friday (2 PM – 8 PM) and Saturdays (9 AM – 5 PM).
Minimum 25 hours per week for full-time eligibility.
