Empower Minds ABA is hiring dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our growing team. In this hands-on role, you’ll work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, helping them learn, grow, and thrive through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.

What We Offer
$840 Certification Bonus: Earn a $840 bonus after completing your RBT training and passing your certification exam (within your first 3 months).
We Pay for Your Training: We cover the full cost of your RBT course and provide coaching to help you pass.
Ongoing Mentorship: Work directly under a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who will train and guide you.
Flexible Schedule: We work with your availability—afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

What You’ll Do
Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
Support children in developing communication, play, and daily living skills.
Collect and record data on each session using digital tools.
Encourage positive behavior through proven ABA strategies.
Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and your clinical team.
Maintain confidentiality and follow HIPAA and company policies.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
Bachelor’s degree or RBT certification (preferred).
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and actively engage in play.
Must pass background check, fingerprint clearance, CPR, and First Aid.

Schedule
Availability on the following days
Monday–Friday: 12 PM – 8 PM
Saturday: 9 AM – 5 PM
Part-time or full-time available (minimum 20 hours per week)
