Perform and coordinate environmental, EMC, power, and safety qualification testing on rugged commercial and military electronics. Build and set up test equipment, conduct experiments, collect and analyze data, troubleshoot failures, coordinate external labs and witnesses, and support product design, validation, and compliance certification.

Design and develop mechanical components and assemblies (sheet-metal, machined parts); support early-stage concepts, rapid prototyping, FEA/CFD analysis, and integration of mechanical and electrical systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, write mechanical requirements, perform calculations, support testing, manufacturing troubleshooting, and produce engineering documentation.

Lead accounting team to deliver accurate, timely GAAP financial reporting, cash flow and working capital management, audit and tax relationships, budgeting and forecasting, and financial systems/process improvements. Serve as strategic finance partner to senior leadership to support profitability, ESOP compliance, and long-term value creation.

Design, develop, verify mechanical components and assemblies (sheet-metal and machined parts) for rugged electronics. Create drawings and simulations, perform mechanical and fluid calculations, support prototyping, testing, troubleshooting, and manufacturing, and write mechanical performance requirements and reports.

Manage assigned programs from contract award through delivery, leading cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule, technical performance, quality, and customer expectations while mitigating risk and ensuring contract compliance.

Perform precision assembly and conformal coating of PCBs and sub-assemblies. Clean and prepare surfaces, mix and apply coatings by machine, dip, or brush, mask/demask, maintain production records, follow ESD/safety/ISO procedures, troubleshoot basic issues, and work from drawings and process sheets in an on-site night-shift production environment.
