Recruiting-focused senior HR partner responsible for full-cycle hiring, talent pipelines, onboarding, leader coaching, employee engagement, workforce planning, process improvement, and data-informed people strategies in a manufacturing environment.

Designs, develops, verifies, and troubleshoots mechanical components and assemblies for rugged electronics. Creates drawings and performance requirements, performs mechanical and fluid calculations, uses simulation tools, supports manufacturing and testing, and ensures designs are producible and compliant with standards. Provides peer reviews, technical assistance, customer and field support, mentors new hires, and leads small engineering projects.

Designs, develops, tests, troubleshoots, and verifies electrical wiring, PCB assemblies, cables, connectors, and circuit cards. Converts technical requirements into schematics and layouts, performs calculations and simulations, supports manufacturing and pilot-line testing, and ensures compliance with standards. The role also conducts research and development, leads medium-sized multidisciplinary projects, performs peer reviews, troubleshoots products, and mentors junior engineers.

Designs, develops, verifies, and troubleshoots electrical wiring, cable assemblies, PCBs, and circuit card assemblies. Creates schematics, layouts, test equipment, calculations, and performance requirements while ensuring compliance with specifications. Supports manufacturing and technical services, leads small project teams, conducts peer reviews, mentors engineers, and assists with product testing and pilot-line builds.

Performs quality management system activities including First Article Inspections, root cause analysis, CAPA, FMEA, MRB, internal audits, contract quality reviews, supplier and source inspection support, and process improvement. Analyzes quality metrics, prepares reports, promotes standards awareness, conducts benchmarking, and mentors team members. The role is on-site with 20% travel and occasional manufacturing-floor and testing exposure.

Coordinates and performs environmental, EMC, power, and safety qualification testing for rugged commercial and military electronics. Develops test strategies and plans, conducts experiments, analyzes data, troubleshoots failures, prepares compliance reports, coordinates external laboratories, and supports product design and validation. Leads peer reviews and small project teams while mentoring department members and improving testing processes.

Perform precision assembly and conformal coating of PCBs and sub-assemblies. Clean and prepare surfaces, mix and apply coatings by machine, dip, or brush, mask/demask, maintain production records, follow ESD/safety/ISO procedures, troubleshoot basic issues, and work from drawings and process sheets in an on-site night-shift production environment.

Design, develop, and verify mechanical components and assemblies (sheet-metal, machined parts) for rugged electronics. Create CAD models and drawings, perform FEA/CFD, ensure producibility, support manufacturing and testing, mentor staff, lead small project teams, and troubleshoot hardware issues.

Support engineering project execution by managing engineering documentation and ECN processes, tracking ECN metrics and program schedules, assisting with risk management and design review meetings, and coordinating information between engineering and operations.

Lead accounting team to deliver accurate, timely GAAP financial reporting, cash flow and working capital management, audit and tax relationships, budgeting and forecasting, and financial systems/process improvements. Serve as strategic finance partner to senior leadership to support profitability, ESOP compliance, and long-term value creation.
