Manage assigned programs from contract award through delivery, leading cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule, technical performance, quality, and customer expectations while mitigating risk and ensuring contract compliance.

Perform precision assembly and conformal coating of PCBs and sub-assemblies. Clean and prepare surfaces, mix and apply coatings by machine, dip, or brush, mask/demask, maintain production records, follow ESD/safety/ISO procedures, troubleshoot basic issues, and work from drawings and process sheets in an on-site night-shift production environment.

Design, develop, and verify mechanical components and assemblies (sheet-metal and machined parts) for rugged electronics. Create drawings and perform mechanical calculations, simulations (FEA/CFD), and packaging for harsh environments. Support prototyping, testing, manufacturing troubleshooting, and write mechanical performance requirements and reports.
