Supports the People and Culture internship program through event coordination, communications, surveys, community STEM activities, volunteer opportunities, company tours, recruiting, onboarding, documentation, and project work. The intern tracks schedules and participation, gathers feedback, assists with employee processes, and presents recommendations. The role provides foundational exposure to HR operations, benefits, payroll, and employee support while requiring confidentiality and professional communication.

Supports industrial engineering and manufacturing process improvement initiatives, including workflow optimization, ergonomic and manufacturability assessments, equipment and labor allocation, capital expenditure analysis, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and safety audits. The intern also provides engineering support and interacts professionally with suppliers and community stakeholders.

Mechanical Engineering Intern responsible for designing, developing, verifying, and troubleshooting sheet-metal and machined-metal components and assemblies for rugged electronic systems. Uses CAD tools to create drawings, supports manufacturing and testing, reviews designs for compliance, assists with requirements and project planning, and provides technical support to engineering, manufacturing, technical services, and sales teams.
