Lead and develop a manufacturing engineering team to design, implement, and improve processes for production of ruggedized hardware. Drive NPI readiness, ECO implementation, DFM/DFT, tooling and test development, process optimization, automation, Lean initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration to meet quality, cost, and delivery objectives.

Lead and develop a Compliance Engineering team to ensure rugged hardware meets military, commercial, environmental, safety, and regulatory requirements. Own compliance strategies, testing (internal and third-party), lab operations, certification activities, and cross-functional collaboration across design, manufacturing, quality, and program management. Manage multiple programs, compliance milestones, risks, and process improvements.
