Represent the company externally while partnering with clinical, operations, and executive leaders to expand access to youth mental health care.

Source and recruit licensed clinicians for Emora’s behavioral health network. Manage the provider pipeline from outreach and screening through pitching, credentialing, onboarding, and the provider’s first scheduled and completed client. Assess licensure, experience, and fit, maintain follow-ups, meet growth goals, and represent Emora professionally. The role requires strong communication, self-direction, relationship-building, and the ability to both recruit qualified providers and disqualify unsuitable candidates.
