Provide administrative HR support including FMLA and leave tracking, Workers' Compensation reporting and modified duty support, full-cycle recruiting (postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, pre-employment screening), onboarding, data entry, and employee customer service.

Performs full ambulance billing cycle including data entry, first- and third-party billing, patient inquiries, information requests, insurance assistance, accounts receivable posting, and maintenance of patient account controls.

Provide safe, non-emergency transportation for wheelchair and medical taxi customers: secure and move mobility aids and stretchers, operate and inspect vehicles, complete records and billing, interact professionally with medical staff and families, report issues, and participate in required training and certifications.
