Manages 24-hour emergency communications center operations, including staffing, personnel supervision, dispatch systems, standard operating procedures, disaster operations, records, compliance, and coordination with EMS, fire, police, hospitals, and emergency management agencies. Oversees hiring, training, performance management, scheduling, overtime, and communications equipment while maintaining required certifications and operational readiness.

Provide safe, non-emergency transportation for wheelchair and medical taxi customers: secure and move mobility aids and stretchers, operate and inspect vehicles, complete records and billing, interact professionally with medical staff and families, report issues, and participate in required training and certifications.
