Recruit, coach, and develop staff while driving operational excellence, profitability, and superior customer service.

Manage a territory of independent insurance agencies to drive profitable premium growth through consultative sales, training, agency onboarding, business planning, and collaboration with underwriting. Lead EMC's Public Entity segment as the enterprise underwriting expert: set segment strategy, manage portfolio performance and P&L, advise on complex underwriting risks, develop product enhancements and policy language, partner with claims/actuarial/risk teams, deliver training, and represent EMC in industry forums to drive profitable growth.

Review and process mailed premium audit documents to calculate earned premium using manual rules and state regulations. Communicate results and disputes with agents, insureds, and internal teams; provide administrative support to field audit team; investigate payroll/classification discrepancies and escalate as needed.

Design and build scalable full-stack and cloud-native applications (primarily Python). Develop back-end services, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform-based infrastructure. Partner with DBAs on SQL Server schema, stored procedures, SSRS/SSIS. Lead licensing, onboarding, and commission operations for producer distribution. Design scalable onboarding and commission processes, ensure regulatory compliance, manage producer hierarchies, resolve escalations, partner with cross-functional teams, drive data governance, and build a lean, high-performing team to support rapid partner expansion and accuracy in compensation.
