Researches and executes procurement activities for indirect goods and services. Manages procure-to-pay processes, supplier relationships, RFPs/RFQs, commercial negotiations, contracts, spend analytics, market research, and cost-saving initiatives. Supports vendor performance reviews, process improvements, procurement policy enforcement, special projects, and employee training while collaborating with business, legal, and cross-functional teams.

Provides Lean and P3E continuous-improvement support for aircraft production operations. Coordinates Kaizen, Yokoten, DMAIC, value-stream mapping, KPI tracking, quality clinics, action plans, training, and improvement projects across Phenom and Legacy production lines. Serves as a liaison between production teams and the central P3E committee, facilitates problem solving, monitors results, and supports process optimization, presentations, and employee development.

Leads production planning, logistics, inventory management, material flow, and supply chain coordination for manufacturing operations. Oversees production control, warehousing, transportation, inventory optimization, supplier and logistics partnerships, compliance, and delivery performance. Directs Planning, Logistics, Tooling, and Material Management teams; establishes KPIs, manages capacity and schedules, resolves shortages, and drives Lean, continuous improvement, workforce development, safety, and cross-functional collaboration.

Develop, integrate, validate, and certify corporate aircraft interior components and systems. Ensure compliance with market, product, certification, quality, cost, and schedule requirements. Coordinate interfaces between aircraft interiors and hydraulics, electrical systems, tooling, manufacturing, and assembly processes. Work under senior guidance, resolve clearly defined engineering problems, support multiple projects, and follow aviation, OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Provides technical engineering support to aircraft clients and operators. Analyzes aircraft systems, maintenance issues, repairs, modifications, reliability concerns, costs, and technical documentation. Guides repair teams and maintenance shops, coordinates retrofit campaigns, qualifies repair facilities, delivers technical training, presents aircraft improvements, and prepares technical and cost reports. Requires collaboration with customers, suppliers, engineers, mechanics, and operators while maintaining current knowledge of aircraft technologies and maintenance practices.

Lead development and execution of government and public affairs strategies to shape policy, regulatory frameworks, and public acceptance for eVTOL/AAM. Engage federal, state, and local stakeholders, draft regulatory comments and briefs, represent the company in coalitions, and advise executive leadership while coordinating cross-functional teams.

Serve as Continuous Improvement Agent for Embraer Executive Aircraft Production, coordinating P3E initiatives, facilitating Kaizen/Yokoten activities, tracking KPIs, supporting project planning and QC/quality clinics, training cell members, and liaising between central P3E committee and production teams to drive lean improvements.

Lead Quality Engineering activities to maintain and improve the QMS, ensure regulatory and certification compliance (ISO/AS standards, FAA), manage audits, corrective actions, inspection/metrology, quality planning tools (PFMEA, SPC), and drive continuous improvement, digital transformation, and Lean initiatives across product lifecycle.

Lead supplier quality rescue projects and supplier onboarding; conduct supplier audits, risk assessments and root-cause analyses; drive corrective actions and Lean initiatives; maintain QM records and control plans in SAP; provide executive reports and collaborate cross-functionally. Frequent international travel to supplier sites (up to 80%).
