Patrols natural gas pipeline routes across deserts, mountains, towns, and roadways. Identifies and reports encroachments, unauthorized activities, hazardous work, and other risks occurring on or near pipeline rights of way. The role supports pipeline integrity and reliability within Emarat’s Natural Gas Business Management team and follows applicable health, safety, and environmental standards.

Responsibilities include requirements analysis, process redesign, configuration, technical and functional design, testing, deployment, data migration, custom extensions, documentation, user training, defect resolution, vendor coordination, risk management, and workstream scheduling. The consultant supports continuous operation of deployed solutions and ensures alignment with business objectives, implementation standards, and Oracle best practices.

Provides onsite and remote technical support for corporate and branch users, troubleshooting Windows systems, hardware, software, peripherals, network connectivity, and Microsoft 365 applications. Manages user accounts, access permissions, service tickets, upgrades, documentation, and ITIL-based incident and change processes. The role requires collaboration with security teams, shift and on-call availability, and travel to branch offices as needed.

Develops workforce budgets, monitors expenditures, and creates HR dashboards and reports. Analyzes workforce data, forecasts headcount, evaluates workloads, and supports organizational design and staffing decisions. Maintains HR system structures, collaborates with Talent Acquisition on approved positions, provides executive workforce insights, and partners with IT and HRIS teams to ensure data integrity, security, and usability.

Provides clerical and administrative support for a fuel terminal, including reports, records, communications, attendance and roster tracking, purchasing, invoice review, inventory, permits, and emergency-response coordination. Supports HSE compliance, quality initiatives, KPI monitoring, audits, labor-law compliance, and coordination with HR, Finance, Procurement, authorities, vendors, and terminal partners.

Directs mechanical maintenance, repair, inspection, and reliability activities across natural gas compressor stations, pipelines, and metering and regulating stations. Provides expertise on rotating equipment, corrosion control, pipeline repairs, equipment inspections, tenders, vendors, budgets, and fleet maintenance. Ensures compliance with safety, environmental, operational, and international engineering standards while managing staff, stakeholders, expenditure, and continuous improvement.

Manage accounting and finance activities for EMOIL and EMDAD, including financial reporting, month-end closing, general ledger maintenance, reconciliations, budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow monitoring, variance analysis, audit coordination, governance, and Board reporting. Ensure compliance with EMARAT policies, IFRS, UAE accounting requirements, internal controls, and delegation-of-authority principles while coordinating with operations, partners, suppliers, customers, auditors, IT, and shared services.

Leads enterprise-wide transformation and innovation across downstream petroleum operations. Develops strategies, prioritizes innovation roadmaps, oversees large-scale projects, improves processes, and drives energy transition, sustainability, and decarbonization initiatives. Partners with executives, technology firms, research institutions, and industry stakeholders; establishes KPIs, monitors benefits, reports to the board, and develops organizational innovation capabilities through cultural change, training, and leadership development.

Supports transformation initiatives through financial reporting, forecasting, data validation, audits, cost-benefit analysis, and performance evaluation. Partners with cross-functional teams to identify process inefficiencies, recommend cost savings, improve resource allocation, and assess financial impacts. Also assists with quality and excellence initiatives, KPI tracking, corrective actions, and continuous improvement aligned with organizational strategy.

Provide front-desk reception and basic administrative support: greet visitors, answer and route phone calls, manage incoming correspondence, schedule appointments, and assist with customer enquiries while upholding company service standards.

The Cybersecurity Resilience Engineer ensures organizational preparedness against cyber threats, develops resilience controls, and supports incident response activities.

Operate and patrol a natural gas compressor station on shift, perform start-up/shutdown, equipment isolation, gas testing, issue work permits, monitor maintenance safety, respond to emergencies, and ensure HSE compliance.

Supervise mechanical maintenance at metering/regulating stations and pipelines to ensure safe, on-time gas delivery. Oversee contractors, enforce preventative maintenance, monitor pipeline MAOP and condition, manage spare parts and procurement via Oracle, implement quality assurance, conduct inspections/audits, and support continuous improvement and HSE compliance.

Support design and implementation of enterprise risk management (ERM) frameworks, coordinate risk assessments, maintain risk registers and KRIs, assist risk owners with treatment plans, run risk workshops, and monitor effectiveness and completion of treatment actions across the organization.
