Build and ship core AI customer-service product features across Python, TypeScript, cloud infrastructure, event-driven systems, and integrations. Own solutions from customer discovery through delivery, balance rapid MVP development with scalable foundations, and improve testing, documentation, reliability, and security. Collaborate directly with customers and stakeholders while contributing across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and AI product development.

Own product design as Elyos AI’s first designer, defining workflows for AI agent configuration, calls, messaging, scheduling, bookings, and CRM operations. Create a unified design system, connect fragmented product experiences, prototype rapidly, conduct customer research, and design complex operational interfaces for trade businesses. Collaborate directly with company leadership and engineers while establishing product design standards from scratch.

Own the full sales cycle from inbound and outbound prospecting through closing. Responsibilities include solution selling, objection handling, pipeline management, revenue performance tracking, and collaborating with Engineering and Customer Success. The role requires selling AI solutions to non-technical buyers, adapting to new markets, and contributing to the GTM foundation of a rapidly scaling startup.
