Build and manage a quality team, guide software V&V and release processes, ensure global regulatory compliance (FDA, EU MDR), run audits, CAPA, risk and post-market activities, and partner cross-functionally with R&D, Regulatory, Clinical and Product to ensure safe, compliant product lifecycle.

Build and lead the US sales organization for an AI-enabled cardiac imaging company: design territory and compensation models, develop playbooks, close strategic accounts, establish practice development to drive utilization, own go-to-market and CRM adoption, navigate market access and reimbursement, track KPIs, and represent the company at industry events.

Own post-sale relationships with cardiology practices across a defined territory, build programs to drive adoption, identify clinical workflow and market-access needs, design and execute initiatives, develop strategic account plans, collaborate with sales and marketing, and provide clinical education and training to drive long-term use of Elucid's technology.
