Develop and optimize clinical production processes for medical imaging analysts. Establish operational metrics, design scalable workflows, and drive continuous improvement while collaborating with 3D CT analysts, Clinical QA, Software QA, and Product Management. Support quality, compliance, and clinical operations as the company scales and commercializes its software-as-a-medical-device products.

Lead product strategy, roadmap, and execution for SaMD products; manage and mentor product managers; coordinate with Engineering, Marketing, Sales and Clinical teams to deliver regulated, market-ready medical imaging and AI solutions.

Lead execution of quality strategy and ownership of the QMS for a machine-learning SaMD. Build and manage a quality team, guide software V&V and release processes, ensure global regulatory compliance (FDA, EU MDR), run audits, CAPA, risk and post-market activities, and partner cross-functionally with R&D, Regulatory, Clinical and Product to ensure safe, compliant product lifecycle.

Build and lead the US sales organization for an AI-enabled cardiac imaging company: design territory and compensation models, develop playbooks, close strategic accounts, establish practice development to drive utilization, own go-to-market and CRM adoption, navigate market access and reimbursement, track KPIs, and represent the company at industry events.
