Documents defects, collaborates with software development, QA, clinical, and regulatory teams, and supports product safety, reliability, clinical precision, and compliance. The role requires hands-on functional testing experience with clinical or medical device software and familiarity with medical imaging and cardiovascular diagnostics.

Designs and builds high-performance C++ image-processing pipelines and services for an AI-driven cardiovascular medical imaging platform. Develops software for volumetric CT/CTA data, segmentation, registration, and clinically meaningful visualization. Optimizes algorithmic efficiency, memory usage, file I/O, and parallel execution using multithreading, CUDA, and profiling. Collaborates with machine learning and visualization engineers to deliver reliable, scalable production systems.

Lead global regulatory strategy and submissions for AI-enabled cardiovascular medical imaging software. Manage FDA, EU MDR, and international regulatory pathways from pre-submission through post-market lifecycle management. Partner with Quality, Engineering, Clinical, Commercial, and Product teams to ensure compliant product development and clearance. The role also includes people management, cross-functional guidance, and translating complex medical device regulations into actionable execution plans.
