Lead cross-functional manufacturing projects from planning through execution and closeout, managing scopes, budgets, schedules, risks, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver capital equipment installations, facility improvements, and process improvements that increase safety, quality, productivity, and equipment reliability.

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, align, and relocate industrial machinery and production equipment. Diagnose mechanical issues involving bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, read technical documentation, apply rigging and precision alignment techniques, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

Leads Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites. Responsibilities include value stream mapping, Kaizen event facilitation, process standardization, KPI and dashboard development, operational data analysis, root cause problem solving, and coaching site teams. Partners with Operations, Finance, Quality, and leadership to improve productivity, quality, cost, and performance while building sustainable continuous improvement capabilities.

Develop and improve machining processes for molybdenum products, troubleshoot shop-floor issues, support quality investigations, apply FMEA/SPC/Lean methods, document process requirements, train staff, and collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality to increase yield, reliability, and reduce costs.

Lead capital and process engineering projects from concept to commissioning across manufacturing operations. Develop scopes, specs, layouts, budgets, schedules; manage vendors and contractors; support equipment installation, qualification, APQP, and continuous improvement to improve safety, throughput, quality, and reliability.

Lead cross-functional manufacturing and operational projects from concept through implementation and closeout. Manage capital equipment installations, facility upgrades, process improvements, budgets, schedules, resources, risks, contractors, vendors, and stakeholder communications. Partner with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and executives to improve safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and equipment reliability while supporting Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Develop and maintain production schedules aligning customer demand with capacity, materials, and labor using ERP/MRP. Create and manage work orders, identify and resolve shortages or constraints, maintain accurate system data, analyze production/inventory to improve flow, and support cross-functional coordination and continuous improvement.

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC mills, lathes, and EDMs (3/4/5-axis) to machine high-tolerance parts in refractory metals. Read blueprints, apply GD&T, perform first-article and in-process inspections using precision instruments and CMM, document quality, and support continuous improvement.

Operate, set up, and maintain production equipment; inspect and deburr parts; verify materials; log transactions and complete paperwork; prepare material for next processes. Follow shift schedules and production quality standards.
