Lead production planning, scheduling, and materials coordination to align demand, capacity, and inventory. Manage MPS, capacity planning, forecasting, and ERP/MRP data. Analyze production flow, resolve constraints, support new product introductions, drive continuous improvement, and mentor a team while partnering with Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, Engineering, and Quality.

Lead and coordinate enterprise-wide regulatory compliance initiatives (CMMC, SOX, NIST 800-171). Manage compliance projects, maintain policies and audit evidence, conduct risk assessments, support audits, identify process improvements, and train stakeholders to improve audit readiness and control effectiveness across IT, Finance, and Operations in manufacturing environments.

Set up, operate, and troubleshoot CNC mills, lathes, and EDMs (3/4/5-axis) to machine high-tolerance parts in refractory metals. Read blueprints, apply GD&T, perform first-article and in-process inspections using precision instruments and CMM, document quality, and support continuous improvement.

Lead analytics, forecasting, and reporting for manufacturing operations; develop dashboards and KPIs; analyze financial, production, and inventory data; support costing, pricing, and margin initiatives; partner with Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance to drive process improvements and execute strategic cross-site projects.

Lead enterprise-wide compliance initiatives (CMMC, SOX, NIST 800-171); coordinate cross-functional teams; maintain compliance documentation; support audits; run risk assessments; track remediation and improve controls and processes across manufacturing locations.

Develop and maintain production schedules using ERP/MRP, manage work orders and material flow, analyze capacity and constraints, ensure material availability, maintain ERP data integrity, support inventory management and continuous improvement, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive on-time delivery and operational efficiency.

Lead forecasting, analytics, and reporting for multi-site manufacturing. Build dashboards and KPIs, analyze production, inventory, and costing, support pricing and margin initiatives, and drive cross-functional process improvements and strategic projects to improve operational and financial performance.
