Analyze and improve manufacturing processes using Lean and continuous improvement methods. Conduct time studies, capacity planning, and workflow analysis. Support layout, standard work, OEE improvement, capital projects, automation, root-cause investigations, and cross-functional collaboration to boost productivity, quality, safety, and reduce waste and costs.

Develop and maintain production schedules aligning customer demand with capacity, materials, and labor using ERP/MRP. Operate, set up, and maintain production equipment; inspect and deburr parts; verify materials; log transactions and complete paperwork; prepare material for next processes. Follow shift schedules and production quality standards.

Lead production planning, scheduling, and materials coordination to align demand, capacity, and inventory for on-time delivery.
