Analyze and improve manufacturing processes using Lean and continuous improvement methods. Conduct time studies, capacity planning, and workflow analysis. Support layout, standard work, OEE improvement, capital projects, automation, root-cause investigations, and cross-functional collaboration to boost productivity, quality, safety, and reduce waste and costs.

Lead production planning, scheduling, and materials coordination to align demand, capacity, and inventory for on-time delivery. Manage master schedule, capacity planning, forecasting, and ERP/MRP data; analyze operations to remove bottlenecks, support new product introductions, and drive continuous improvement while mentoring a team and partnering cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales.

Manage gage calibration program and quality documentation for a manufacturing Quality team. Create and maintain controlled documents, track supplier/customer certifications, generate reports, and support continuous improvement and audit readiness. Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Purchasing, and Manufacturing to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate records. Part-time (30 hrs/week) onsite role in Lewiston, ME.
