Leads manufacturing and capital projects from concept through engineering, procurement, construction, installation, commissioning, startup, and operational handoff. Responsibilities include defining scopes and technical requirements, selecting equipment and solutions, managing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams, and ensuring safety, quality, and performance objectives are met.

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, rebuild, align, and relocate industrial machinery and production equipment. Diagnose mechanical issues involving bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, pumps, hydraulic and pneumatic systems. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance, read technical documentation, apply rigging and precision alignment techniques, follow safety procedures, and collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

Lead production planning, scheduling, and materials coordination to align demand, capacity, and inventory for on-time delivery. Manage master schedule, capacity planning, forecasting, and ERP/MRP data; analyze operations to remove bottlenecks, support new product introductions, and drive continuous improvement while mentoring a team and partnering cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales.
