As the Commercial Associate you will be working hand in hand with the Account Managers by supporting them in the preparation of quotes, budgets and presentations for clients; analyzing customer data to generate proposals; participating and co-leading the credit and risk analysis processes and in the construction of the supply and pricing structure.

  • Provide general support for the management of procedures relevant to financing. · Provide support in the pricing process and preparation of daily fees, proposals, risk analysis and legal issues.
  • Actively monitor business opportunities through the "Inquiry-to-Order" process to facilitate and streamline the flow of operations as well as the commercial relationship with each client.
  • Preparation of contracts for clients · Work together with the Account Manager for any customer concerns, new business opportunities, or special requirements and make sure to do this in a timely manner and in the agreed time.
  • Support in the complete funding process.
  • Proactive participation in the credit facilities renewals.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Administration, Finance, Engineering, or any other related career (numerical).
  • 2 years of experience in the commercial and / or financial services industry.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills (fluency in English and Spanish)
  • Advanced English
