Design, configure and commission secure OT/SCADA networks for substations, renewables and BESS. Tasks include network architecture, industrial device configuration, IEC protocol support, NGFW/IDS/IPS/VPN implementation, FAT/SAT/commissioning, and OT cybersecurity hardening and monitoring.

Design, configure and commission secure OT/SCADA networks for substations, renewables and BESS. Implement industrial networking (VLANs, routing, redundancy), IEC protocols (61850, 60870-5-104), and OT cybersecurity controls (NGFW, IDS/IPS, VPN, RBAC). Produce engineering documentation, support FAT/SAT, commissioning and on-site troubleshooting across Romania.

Lead customer, brand and market intelligence across group companies. Manage research end-to-end with agencies, analyze internal marketing/commercial data, synthesize multi-source insights, evaluate campaign performance, run social and competitive intelligence, and build dashboards and decision frameworks to support marketing and leadership with actionable recommendations.

Designs and delivers training programs by identifying needs, creating materials, coordinating logistics, supporting onboarding, tracking KPIs and evaluating training effectiveness to improve L&D processes.

Design, configure, integrate, commission, and troubleshoot Building Management System (BMS) solutions. Develop control logic, integrate HVAC, lighting, energy monitoring and metering, support testing/commissioning, prepare technical documentation, and provide ongoing technical support during project delivery.

Provide company-wide IT support: install/configure hardware and software, maintain servers, networks, Active Directory, printers and backup; perform helpdesk tasks; evaluate/acquire equipment; manage mobile subscriptions and global contacts; support internal apps and mobile apps; perform on-site and remote troubleshooting.

Configure, test and commission BCUs, RTUs/PLCs and SCMS/SCADA systems for substation automation. Develop protocol-based application solutions (IEC 61850, Modbus, IEC 101/104), lead FAT/SAT, perform on-site commissioning and client training, and design substation cybersecurity per IEC standards. Support proposals, BOMs, troubleshooting, and technical customer engagement with frequent travel to sites.

Configure, test, design, and commission SCMS/SCADA, BCUs, RTUs/PLCs and cybersecurity systems for substation automation. Develop protocol-based applications (IEC 61850, Modbus, IEC 104), lead FAT/SAT/commissioning, provide customer technical support, prepare proposals/BOMs, and deliver on-site training. Frequent travel to project sites across Romania.
