Own and support Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, SQL Server databases, reporting platforms, and related business systems. Responsibilities include ERP administration, database development and maintenance, SSRS and Power BI reporting, data governance, system integrations, manufacturing process support, troubleshooting, security, disaster recovery, upgrades, documentation, and cross-functional user support.

Manufacturing Engineer responsible for designing and optimizing electric motor production processes, improving quality and yield, leading root-cause investigations, and ensuring ISO, UL, CE, and other regulatory compliance. The role drives lean and continuous improvement initiatives, specifies equipment and tooling, manages process documentation, supports supplier quality, collaborates cross-functionally on product integration, and trains production personnel and junior engineers.

Plans and coordinates material flow, production orders, outside services, inventory, and manufacturing capacity to meet customer delivery requirements. Maintains planning data, resolves material shortages and capacity issues, supports engineering changes and new product programs, tracks plant performance metrics, and leads lean process improvements involving kanban, MRP, supplier coordination, and inventory optimization.

Designs, develops, simulates, prototypes, tests, and optimizes electric motors and components, including rotors, stators, windings, and housings. Collaborates with manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and R&D teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, compliant, reliable, and cost-effective. Produces technical documentation, manages multiple projects, performs design reviews and value engineering, and drives continuous improvement in motor efficiency, durability, weight, and production cost.
