Leads the engineering organization responsible for electric motors and controls, including research and development, sustaining engineering, motor design, manufacturing-process improvement, and new product development. The role manages technical staff, projects, vendors, budgets, succession planning, customer requirements, and strategic engineering initiatives. It also partners with executive leadership to identify market opportunities, improve organizational effectiveness, and deliver high-quality products.

Provides hands-on technical leadership for manufacturing process development, tooling, equipment optimization, plant layout, automation, and continuous improvement. Designs fixtures and tooling using 3D CAD, analyzes process data, supports production equipment, leads improvement projects, and collaborates with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Operations. Requires a relevant engineering degree or equivalent experience, 2–4 years in manufacturing or industrial engineering, CAD proficiency, process simulation, lean and Six Sigma knowledge, and hands-on tooling experience.

Own and support Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, SQL Server databases, reporting platforms, and related business systems. Responsibilities include ERP administration, database development and maintenance, SSRS and Power BI reporting, data governance, system integrations, manufacturing process support, troubleshooting, security, disaster recovery, upgrades, documentation, and cross-functional user support.
