Provides clinical nutrition care for hospital patients, identifies nutrition-related medical needs, develops and monitors medical nutrition therapy plans, ensures continuity of care, and educates patients, families, staff, and the community. Outpatient duties may include chronic disease nutrition counseling, group classes, and community presentations. Participates in performance improvement projects.

Performs CT and diagnostic imaging procedures while collaborating with healthcare professionals to support patient care. Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and modifies imaging care continuously. Requires radiologic technology training, ARRT radiography and CT registration, California CRT and fluoroscopy certifications, BLS certification, and venipuncture certification. The role is full-time, day shift, at the Los Gatos campus and requires extended standing and lifting up to 35 pounds.

Records electrocardiograms and sets up Holter monitors and signal-average EKGs for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency department patients. Works across hospital departments and campuses as needed. Requires clinical EKG experience or externship certification, CPR certification, communication skills, and basic computer proficiency.

Provides diagnostic imaging services in compliance with California radiologic health regulations. Collaborates with healthcare team members to optimize imaging procedures and supports patient imaging care throughout assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and modification. Works day shifts with rotating weekend, holiday, and call coverage, and may be assigned across hospital departments and nearby campuses.

Performs routine CT examinations and diagnostic X-ray procedures, ensuring patient safety, proper contrast administration, radiation dose optimization, equipment maintenance, and compliance with imaging protocols. Supports survey readiness, accreditation activities, scanning efficiency, and workflow improvements. Provides care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients while participating in weekend, holiday, call, and possible cross-campus coverage.

Analyze and manage compensation programs, conduct market analysis, ensure compliance with regulations, and partner with HR to enhance total rewards programs.

Performs diagnostic radiographic imaging and patient imaging care, collaborates with healthcare team, follows state regulations, covers weekends/holidays/call, and may rotate across nearby campuses. Maintains ARRT, California CRT, Fluoroscopy, and BLS certifications.

Lead regulatory compliance, accreditation, and licensure activities; ensure Joint Commission, CMS and state standards are met; oversee public reporting and quality metrics; drive performance improvement, survey readiness, policy review, staff education, and corrective actions across clinical service lines.

Provide leadership and supervision of the Cytology laboratory, including policy/procedure development, personnel management, quality control/assurance, and regulatory compliance for anatomic pathology.

The Clinical Manager oversees nursing and technologist operations, manages staff, budgets, clinical practice, and maintains patient care standards, collaborating with various professionals to meet unit goals.
