Lead regulatory compliance, accreditation, and licensure activities; ensure Joint Commission, CMS and state standards are met; oversee public reporting and quality metrics; drive performance improvement, survey readiness, policy review, staff education, and corrective actions across clinical service lines.

Provide leadership and supervision of the Cytology laboratory, including policy/procedure development, personnel management, quality control/assurance, and regulatory compliance for anatomic pathology.

Assist a registered pharmacist with safe, accurate dispensing of medications and supplies in a hospital pharmacy. Follow state and federal regulations, support pharmaceutical care, and perform assigned tasks under pharmacist supervision across all shifts.
