Provides secretarial and administrative support to unit management and clinical staff, including word processing, report preparation, new employee orientation, filing, typing, and general office duties. Requires effective teamwork, organization, communication, independent work, and proficiency with PCs, Windows, and word processing tools.

Provides front-desk administrative support for an operating room, coordinating calls, surgical schedules, add-on cases, cancellations, physician communication, staff scheduling, supplies, and administrative tasks. Uses Epic and e-Time to manage procedural and staffing schedules, escalates scheduling issues, directs questions to appropriate personnel, and supports efficient daily operations in collaboration with clinical and non-clinical teams.
