Provides end-to-end sales operations and coordination support for banking sales teams. Responsibilities include managing CRM opportunities, maintaining sales funnels, preparing contracts and commercial documents, coordinating approvals and legal vetting, maintaining records, producing MIS reports, supporting financial reconciliation, and following up with internal stakeholders. The role does not own client relationships, sales calls, negotiations, business development, or revenue targets.

Supports development and execution of compressed biogas projects by conducting renewable-energy scheme research, coordinating EPC contractors, analyzing biomass supply, supporting fertilizer market development, and assisting with government clearances, licenses, and subsidies. The role also involves communication with farmer organizations, agricultural networks, government officials, and project stakeholders.

Support full-cycle recruiting: create and post job listings, source candidates via job boards and social networks, screen and interview applicants, maintain candidate databases, update interview status, and assist with HR administration and onboarding tasks as needed.

Support Business Development and Marketing teams with lead generation (LinkedIn, research), outreach (email/LinkedIn), CRM upkeep, proposal and pitch preparation, and coordination. Assist digital marketing by creating content for LinkedIn, website and blogs, performing keyword research and SEO tasks, tracking campaign performance, and preparing basic reports to support brand and engagement initiatives.

Lead strategy and execution for CSR partnerships, institutional fundraising, and philanthropic revenue. Drive business development, close high-value partnerships, manage donor relationships, oversee a team of ~10, and ensure fundraising pipeline, proposal development, donor reporting, and KPI-driven performance against revenue targets.
