Identify prospective clients and decision-makers, maintain accurate lead records, update CRM and spreadsheet databases, and support business development and marketing activities through reporting and daily coordination.

Own business development and revenue generation for sustainability consulting services. Build pipelines, identify and qualify new accounts, engage senior stakeholders, lead consultative sales from discovery through closure, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, maintain forecasts and CRM discipline, and expand client relationships through cross-selling. The role requires a proven B2B sales record, strong hunter mentality, consultative selling skills, and familiarity with sustainability, ESG, climate, carbon, or related technical services.
