Support Business Development and Marketing teams with lead generation (LinkedIn, research), outreach (email/LinkedIn), CRM upkeep, proposal and pitch preparation, and coordination. Assist digital marketing by creating content for LinkedIn, website and blogs, performing keyword research and SEO tasks, tracking campaign performance, and preparing basic reports to support brand and engagement initiatives.

Support HR operations by maintaining HRIS records, overseeing onboarding and offboarding, generating HR reports (headcount, turnover, compliance), analyzing HR data for trends, and collaborating on process improvements and HR projects.

Support HR and admin functions: maintain employee data in Microsoft applications and HR software, manage filing, perform data entry and scanning, order supplies, maintain contact lists, provide general administrative support, and assist in resolving administrative issues.
