Supports financial advisers and serves as the primary contact for clients. Responsibilities include managing client enquiries and relationships, coordinating diaries and appointments, assisting with meetings, maintaining accurate records, communicating requests to advisers, and liaising with internal teams to support adviser pipelines. The role requires strong organisation, communication, multitasking, client service, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and CRM systems.

Prepare and quality-control client advice after adviser meetings: capture client data, produce suitability reports and illustrations, manage case progression, submit pre-sale/triage cases, maintain client records across systems, and collaborate with advisers, paraplanners and external providers to resolve queries and meet timelines.

Lead the planning and delivery of company events, managing venues, suppliers, logistics, registration, guest communications, and on-site coordination. Capture and schedule approved social media content, support pre- and post-event communications, and hand over event leads to the New Enquiries Manager. The role requires independent travel to event locations, collaboration with internal and external teams, occasional out-of-hours and weekend work, and maintaining a high-quality branded guest experience.

The Financial Adviser will relocate to Hong Kong or Dubai to build a client base with support from the company. Responsibilities include generating business opportunities and maintaining client relationships.
