Provide administrative support to Partners and Business Services/Paraplanning teams: process new and replacement business submissions, prepare client meeting packs, perform data entry, and support general admin across multiple systems while meeting deadlines.

Entry-level apprenticeship supporting preparation of financial statements, tax returns, VAT, bookkeeping, Companies House filings, client onboarding/AML, client communication, and liaising with HMRC while working toward AAT/ACCA/ACA qualifications.

Produce high-quality suitability reports and technical calculations for advisers, focusing on pension transfers, withdrawals, and cashflow modelling. Work with adviser partners (no client contact), manage workload and deadlines, and ensure accuracy in technical outputs while collaborating with the support team.

Support the finance team with bookkeeping, multi-currency reporting, payroll and pensions, invoice preparation, reconciliations, year-end assistance, and stakeholder liaison while completing AAT qualifications.

Serve as primary contact for advisers and clients, delivering day-to-day support, handling enquiries, managing diaries and appointments, maintaining records, coordinating internal teams, and helping ensure efficient adviser pipelines and excellent client service.

Support advisers by producing compliant suitability documentation for reviews, drawdown, mortgages and disinvestments. Prepare and submit cases to Business Assurance, perform income sustainability calculations, review for accuracy and compliance, maintain records in internal systems, and liaise with teams to resolve queries while staying current with FCA and internal guidance.

Review adviser documentation, suitability reports, and case submissions to ensure compliance and quality. Validate licences and regulatory records, support case triage via Salesforce and workflow systems, produce and review insurance quotations, identify compliance risks, and collaborate with advisers and stakeholders to improve processes and ensure client protection.

Build and manage a structured B2B pipeline of partnerships and introducer relationships across employers, professional services, employee benefits and corporate organisations. Drive new client acquisition, increase firm visibility, engage senior stakeholders, maintain CRM discipline and convert opportunities into long-term commercial partnerships.

The Financial Adviser will relocate to Hong Kong or Dubai to build a client base with support from the company. Responsibilities include generating business opportunities and maintaining client relationships.

Prepare and quality-control client advice after adviser meetings: capture client data, produce suitability reports and illustrations, manage case progression, submit pre-sale/triage cases, maintain client records across systems, and collaborate with advisers, paraplanners and external providers to resolve queries and meet timelines.

Support the client reallocation and repatriation processes end-to-end, handling due diligence, data transfers, transaction execution, adviser liaison, reporting, and client communications to ensure smooth advisor/client transitions.
