Teams at Eight Financial Advice

Complete an intensive financial advice academy combining technical learning, practical experience, adviser shadowing, and professional development. Build knowledge of client needs, financial advice processes, compliance, technology, relationship building, and business development. Work toward CII qualifications, competence, and CAS sign-off, with the goal of advising clients from January 2028. The programme is full-time and in person at the Whiteley office.

Welcomes clients and visitors, manages calls, emails, meeting rooms, refreshments, post, supplies, and reception standards. Coordinates office requirements with Facilities, supports adviser rotas, manages diaries, arranges meetings, prepares documents, records actions, follows up on tasks, and provides administrative support to the Group Marketing Partner while handling confidential information appropriately.

Coordinate client and prospect enquiries, maintain accurate data and workflows in Monday.com, serve as the first point of contact, arrange meetings, record actions, follow up on tasks, and identify process improvements that enhance client experience and support business growth.
