Prepares, coordinates, and manages electrical construction sites, including schedules, resources, procurement, QHSE compliance, risk prevention, documentation, quality checks, client handover, and subcontractor coordination. Leads site teams, supports personnel technically, manages performance and skills transfer, resolves deviations, and communicates with clients, suppliers, local residents, and internal stakeholders.

Installs and maintains railway signaling, catenary, feeder cables, tracks, switches, and related infrastructure. Performs excavation, concrete work, cable installation, electrification, track assembly, ballast leveling, shunting, train preparation, brake testing, and safety checks. Maintains regulatory documentation, follows railway safety procedures, communicates with SNCF representatives, and works variable schedules across France, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Leads electrical construction projects from site preparation through client handover. Responsibilities include planning schedules, resources, procurement, safety and quality procedures; coordinating employees, subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and other trades; monitoring costs, deadlines, compliance, and risks; preparing administrative and progress reports; resolving deviations; and managing, mentoring, and evaluating teams of approximately 20 people.

Maintains and refurbishes public works and industrial equipment, including mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and motorized systems. Diagnoses faults, performs preventive and corrective repairs, replaces components, documents interventions in CMMS and machine records, manages parts and consumables, and supports equipment installation. The role also involves workshop inspections, metalwork when needed, maintenance scheduling, parts verification, and reporting issues or replacement recommendations.

Support site management and construction operations: prepare site (permits, safety, PPSPP), plan resources and budgets, manage subcontractors, monitor quality, safety and environment, conduct technical controls, follow progress and invoicing, assist delivery and client relations. May include specialized supervision tasks (metal, nuclear, demolition/asbestos) and required site authorizations.

Operates construction equipment and performs manual roadwork, including site setup, trenching, asphalt and aggregate laying, compaction, pipeline installation, masonry support, site maintenance, and cleanup. Follows safety and environmental procedures, uses PPE, and works with site teams under a team leader or supervisor. No prior skills training is required, though CAP training, CACES R482 certification, and a driving license are requested.

Manages one or more electrical construction business projects from planning through completion. Responsibilities include client relations, commercial negotiations, contract administration, technical and financial monitoring, budgeting, scheduling, resource coordination, site execution oversight, team management, QHSE compliance, risk prevention, reporting, invoicing, and cash-flow optimization.

The role involves masonry work related to the construction and refurbishment of roads and pedestrian areas, including securing the worksite and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Manage and deliver road and infrastructure construction projects: plan sites, obtain permits, define resources and budgets, supervise works and subcontractors, ensure HSE and quality, manage invoicing and client relations, and close out projects. May include specialized nuclear, demolition/asbestos, or metal construction oversight.

Manage construction teams and oversee building site operations, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and budget standards. Handle administrative procedures, resource management, and client relations while leading projects in various sectors including urban and industrial construction.

The Mechanic role involves the maintenance, servicing, and installation of various mechanical equipment, ensuring compliance with maintenance schedules and managing parts inventory. The role also requires diagnosing malfunctions, performing corrective services, and maintaining accurate documentation of equipment and interventions.

The Infra Site Supervisor manages construction sites, coordinating with various trades to ensure timely completion, safety, and quality standards of works. Key responsibilities include team management, preparation, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
