MISSIONS Work organization Receive the equipment to be refurbished Receive the instructions for the operations to be undertaken Check the adequacy of the equipment and tools in relation to the operations to be undertaken Ensure the cleaning and maintenance of equipment and the tidying of the work environment Assist with preparing interventions (parts orders) in conjunction with your line manager Receive parts, ensure they match the orders, and notify your line manager in case of any non-conformities Adhere to a maintenance schedule Maintenance and servicing of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and motorized equipment Participate in the installation of equipment, if necessary Detect the nature and origin of any malfunction or anomaly (preventive and remedial maintenance) and identify the corresponding level of complexity and urgency Provide remedial and corrective services: diagnosis, repairs, restoration Perform preventive maintenance on technical installations and/or industrial equipment Proceed with the replacement of specific parts (bearings, mechanical seals, etc.) Ensure the traceability of your work: draft intervention reports, and fill in equipment records (CMMS document or machine file) Document the equipment before intervening Communication Account for your activity Report problems encountered, make recommendations for replacement parts and interventions Specificities of the workshop mechanic’s role Verify the checkpoints on the workshop file checklist Fill in and enrich the machine’s workshop file Specificities of the industrial mechanic’s role Ensure technological intelligence on repair techniques, standards and new equipment Use and maintain the automaton Carry out metalwork, if necessary Manage stocks of parts, consumables or equipment to avoid stock-outs, if necessary Fill in and keep up to date machinery service logs JOB REQUIREMENTS (Training, education, certifications, etc.) . Initial training in mechanics for works machinery or heavy vehicles (CAP - Certificate of vocational aptitude, BEP - Diploma of occupational studies, Occupational diploma or BTS - Technician certificate in mechanics) . CACES: Operation of non-production machinery - forklift truck, lifting crane, aerial work platform JOB ENVIRONMENT . Reporting line: Workshop foreman or Team leader or Site supervisor Internal relations: Workshop/building site teams External relations: Delivery drivers, Maintenance technicians, Supervising offices
