The role focuses on consultative, one-call or short-cycle sales management, with no personal quota, cold calling, or individual deal responsibility.

Conduct 5–8 scheduled video consultations daily with small business owners seeking SBA EIDL loan resolution. Diagnose their situation, present legitimate resolution options, address objections, and close sales. Complete four weeks of training, role-play, testing, and shadowing, followed by supervised selling before independently managing a full consultation load. Maintain CRM hygiene, meet performance KPIs, participate in ongoing coaching, and collaborate with the service team after client commitment.
