Conduct inbound, pre-qualified video consultations with business owners to evaluate fit, explain services, close qualified prospects, maintain CRM records, and transition new clients to the service team. Focus on consultative selling with empathy and professionalism to help clients resolve SBA EIDL and related debt issues.

Lead and scale an inbound BDR team: recruit, onboard, train, certify, coach, and manage performance. Build BDR playbook, QA, CRM standards (HubSpot), and ensure smooth handoffs to closers while partnering with Sales Ops and Marketing.

Qualify inbound small-business leads, schedule and confirm consultations, manage pipeline in HubSpot, handle objections, follow up on no-shows, and develop consultative selling skills with paid training and a path to promotion to senior closers.

Lead the Legal Strategy team to create and present Strategic Recovery Roadmaps for clients with SBA EIDL debt. Provide consultative, client-facing legal and financial strategy, coordinate handoffs to partner attorneys/CPAs, support Sales and Marketing with insights, and manage complex bankruptcy, restructuring, asset protection, and tax-related cases.
