Regular travel to various job sites is required.

Coordinates construction safety programs across offices, shops, and job sites. Conducts orientations, toolbox talks, and specialized training; evaluates job-site hazards; inspects tools and equipment; investigates incidents; develops corrective actions; and partners with field leaders to mitigate risks. The role requires regular site visits, occasional travel, employee coaching, and maintaining compliance with safety procedures.

Processes high-volume customer billing and receivables, submits invoices through customer portals, maintains electronic records, researches billing and cash receipt discrepancies, resolves purchase order issues, supports lien waiver documentation, serves internal and external customers, collaborates across teams, and assists with ERP implementation.

Design and document standardized workflows and flexible workstations for high-mix, low-volume prefabrication and field operations. Execute SEO/SEM/ASO and digital advertising, manage social and web communities, maintain templates and mailing lists, track analytics and reporting, support B2B marketing initiatives, visit jobsites for content, and ensure brand and editorial quality across communications.

Own corporate compliance lifecycle including multi-state licensing, centralized regulatory communications, project prequalifications (Avetta/ISNetworld/COMPASS), COI and insurance tracking, contract review and administration, compliance software implementation, and litigation/claim support to build scalable processes across jurisdictions.

Manage small-to-large Technology Systems construction projects from kickoff to closeout. Oversee financial health, scheduling, procurement, document control, MBD compliance, field liaison/site visits, safety culture, and cross-functional coordination to deliver projects profitably and on schedule.

Lead cradle-to-grave mechanical construction projects (small to mid-size): estimate plumbing/piping/sheet metal, plan and schedule, manage subcontractors, control costs/billings, ensure QA/QC and safety, negotiate subcontracts, pursue change orders, and maintain client and internal relationships to deliver projects on time and on budget.

Lead curtainwall and metal panel construction projects from planning through close-out. Manage teams, schedules, budgets, contracts, subcontracting, client relationships, and project financials while supporting field/shop execution and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

Design, program, implement, commission, and support industrial process control systems using PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, servos, and VFDs. Troubleshoot onsite and remotely, apply UL 508A for panel design, collaborate with teams and clients, and support sales with technical proposals while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Lead Industrial Controls business development: identify opportunities, generate and qualify leads, partner with marketing on content and events, manage tradeshows and CRM, present to customers, support project and financial tracking, and maintain client relationships while traveling to job sites.

Design, program, install, commission, and troubleshoot PLC-based concrete batching control systems. Provide on-site commissioning, training, customer support, and diagnostics for controls, wiring, instruments, VFDs, and industrial networks. Manage industrial controls projects from estimation through closeout, overseeing trades, budgets, schedules, safety, materials, staffing, customer relations, and CRM sales tracking while visiting jobsites regularly to ensure profitable, timely delivery.
