Plan, design, and manage electrical design-build construction projects from concept through construction. Produce construction documents in Revit/AutoCAD, perform power and lighting system designs, energy code calculations, equipment and coordination layouts, QA/QC, estimating support, and jobsite meetings/travel. Coordinate with other trades and ensure code compliance and constructability.

Manage industrial controls projects from estimation through closeout, overseeing trades, budgets, schedules, safety, materials, staffing, customer relations, and CRM sales tracking while visiting jobsites regularly to ensure profitable, timely delivery.

Manage BIM/Revit model infrastructure and CAD standards, develop CAD deliverables and prefabrication-focused modeling, support VDC projects and 3D coordination, assist with site verification and Trimble file creation, and document best practices and CAD development initiatives.
