Procures and expedites electrical construction materials, supports supplier sourcing and relationships, manages purchase orders and shortages, maintains pricing records, disseminates supply chain updates, and evaluates purchasing data. The role assists with procurement process improvements, lean construction initiatives, vendor agreements, and surplus material returns while supporting project managers, field leaders, warehouses, and management.

Leads QA/QC programs across electrical construction projects and manufacturing shops. Oversees audits, inspections, testing, documentation, root-cause analysis, continuous improvement, and compliance with NEC, AHJ requirements, specifications, and internal standards. Develops SOPs and quality manuals, integrates digital workflows, trains field and production teams, mentors quality personnel, and drives Built-In Quality principles to reduce defects and rework.

Oversee health, safety, loss prevention, and risk management across construction projects and business groups. Develop and implement compliant safety programs, conduct jobsite evaluations and incident investigations, manage claims, maintain regulatory records, and advise operations leadership. Train and mentor employees, support onboarding and driver qualification processes, monitor safety performance, and collaborate with project teams to reduce workplace risks. Regular travel to various job sites is required.
