Design and document standardized workflows and flexible workstations for high-mix, low-volume prefabrication and field operations. Track and analyze KPIs, develop scalable temporary production lines, apply Lean/5S/DMAIC/Kanban methods, evaluate tooling and automation, and collaborate with shop and field teams to align capacity and schedules.

Manage BIM/Revit model infrastructure and CAD standards, develop CAD deliverables and prefabrication-focused modeling, support VDC projects and 3D coordination, assist with site verification and Trimble file creation, and document best practices and CAD development initiatives.

Design and produce digital and print marketing assets, maintain branded templates and presentation materials, support campaigns and communications, manage content for marketing and business development, ensure brand standards and proofreading, collaborate with internal teams, visit jobsites for content needs, and support broader marketing initiatives and events.
