Lead and coordinate responses to high-severity production incidents, investigate complex production issues using logs, telemetry and observability tools, drive RCA and permanent fixes, improve platform reliability and reduce recurring incidents, and support engineering/product delivery through triage, operational context and continuous improvement.

Lead Eftsure's account-based marketing program end-to-end for 50–100 high-value ANZ accounts. Build ABM strategy, run 1:1 and 1:few campaigns across LinkedIn, paid media, email, events and personalised assets, align sales and ops, map finance buying groups, use intent signals, and drive pipeline, attribution and closed revenue reporting via HubSpot and Dreamdata.

Lead design, implementation and maintenance of critical full‑stack applications. Ensure code quality, performance and security; write and run tests; mentor engineers; contribute to planning, estimations and architectural improvements.

Perform outbound outreach to finance decision-makers, qualify cold and warm leads, craft personalized messaging, and hand opportunities to Business Development Managers while collaborating with Marketing and Sales to optimize campaigns and pipeline.

Own and build scalable analytics models and semantic layers using dbt and cloud warehouses. Partner with Product, Finance, Marketing and others to deliver trusted, documented datasets, enable self-service BI, define analytics engineering standards, mentor teammates, and drive continual improvements in data platform and practices.

Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable SaaS fraud-detection systems. Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, author technical documentation, collaborate cross-functionally, and introduce new tools to improve platform quality and scalability.

Generate qualified pipeline through multi-channel outbound prospecting, engage senior finance decision-makers, qualify inbound leads, schedule meetings for Account Executives, maintain CRM hygiene, track activity and conversion metrics, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing and Partnerships to drive revenue.

Lead quality engineering strategy and governance across distributed teams. Define CI/CD quality gates, validate human and AI-generated code, shift focus from running tests to risk assessment, measure/report production quality and incidents, and grow QA engineers into quality analysts. Report to the CTO and influence engineering standards and release readiness.

Deliver customer and internal training for a B2B SaaS platform: run onboarding and refresher sessions, host webinars, write and maintain training materials and Zendesk articles, create online learning modules, collaborate with Product/Support/Customer Success, and occasionally support sales demos.

Own and optimise Sage Intacct and the finance systems ecosystem. Administer ERP configuration, manage integrations, troubleshoot data flows, support implementations and acquisitions, build reporting and documentation, and drive automation and governance across finance processes.

Manage small and mid-tier SaaS client accounts to drive retention and expansion. Serve as primary contact, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, run full sales cycle, collaborate with internal teams, monitor account health and satisfaction, and meet activity and meeting targets (40 touches/day, 40 meetings/month).
