Leads and scales global Revenue Operations across the United States, Australia, and Europe. Owns forecasting, GTM planning, quota and capacity modeling, funnel performance, revenue analytics, systems integration, HubSpot optimization, data governance, dashboards, M&A integration, transformation initiatives, and private equity reporting readiness. Partners with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Account Management, Customer Success, and Finance to improve productivity, predictability, and global growth.

Build and lead Eftsure’s global enablement function from the ground up. Develop an enablement academy, onboarding and certification programs, knowledge resources, partner and customer programs, AI-enabled systems, and measurement frameworks. Partner globally with Product Marketing, Sales, Presales, Professional Services, Customer Success, Partnerships, and People & Culture to improve readiness, ramp time, and business outcomes across the customer lifecycle.

Perform outbound outreach to finance decision-makers, qualify cold and warm leads, craft personalized messaging, and hand opportunities to Business Development Managers while collaborating with Marketing and Sales to optimize campaigns and pipeline.

Own and build scalable analytics models and semantic layers using dbt and cloud warehouses. Partner with Product, Finance, Marketing and others to deliver trusted, documented datasets, enable self-service BI, define analytics engineering standards, mentor teammates, and drive continual improvements in data platform and practices.

Lead design, development, and maintenance of scalable SaaS fraud-detection systems. Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, author technical documentation, collaborate cross-functionally, and introduce new tools to improve platform quality and scalability.

Generate qualified pipeline through multi-channel outbound prospecting, engage senior finance decision-makers, qualify inbound leads, schedule meetings for Account Executives, maintain CRM hygiene, track activity and conversion metrics, and collaborate across Sales, Marketing and Partnerships to drive revenue.
