Lead a customer onboarding team while personally managing strategic B2B SaaS implementations from kickoff through deployment and adoption. Responsibilities include team coaching, onboarding planning, platform configuration, data migration, integrations, troubleshooting, customer and internal training, pre-sales support, process improvement, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration.

Owns expansion revenue across an existing enterprise customer base by identifying upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities. Builds relationships with stakeholders in Procurement, Accounts Payable, IT, Finance, and executive leadership; leads discovery, proposals, negotiations, and closing. Manages pipeline and forecasts, partners with Customer Success, expands product adoption, and achieves revenue targets. The role focuses on SAP, Workday, or Coupa customer ecosystems and requires 15–30% travel.

Own the full enterprise SaaS sales cycle from prospecting through closing. Build pipelines through outbound prospecting, strategic networking, and partner relationships; engage senior and C-suite stakeholders; develop territory plans; collaborate with technology partners; deliver presentations and proposals; negotiate complex deals; maintain forecasts; and achieve revenue targets. Candidates should bring strong experience in the Workday, SAP, or Coupa ecosystem and a proven enterprise sales record.
