Leads multiple automotive new product launch programs from quotation through Start of Production. Responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating APQP and PPAP activities, managing cross-functional teams, tracking budgets and milestones, mitigating risks, facilitating customer and internal meetings, ensuring stage-gate and customer compliance, and supporting launch readiness and production approvals using project management tools.

Manage and grow key automotive and industrial customer accounts by developing business plans, increasing sales and profitability, leading customer meetings, coordinating approvals and technical requirements, and supporting new business development. The role oversees complex projects, coaches technical and project management staff, maintains customer portals and KPI reporting, and applies automotive processes including PPAP and APQP. Success requires technical sales experience, automotive materials knowledge, strong communication, and project management capabilities.

Leads and develops Project Managers overseeing complex automotive and manufacturing projects, including customer launches, capital investments, and process improvements. Ensures delivery against timelines, budgets, quality, APQP, PPAP, and IATF 16949 requirements. Owns project governance, tools, KPIs, reporting, and cross-functional coordination while serving as an escalation point for risks and customer concerns. Supports portfolio prioritization, resource allocation, customer reviews, audits, and high-priority project execution.
