Creates, updates, monitors, and audits digital marketing content for an automotive dealership group. Responsibilities include website and social media management, graphic design, SEO research and optimization, content writing, digital asset maintenance, brand guideline compliance, website specials, and coordination of online and offline marketing messages. The role requires collaboration with the Digital Marketing Director, strong communication and attention to detail, independent work, and occasional visits to dealership locations.

Maintains and services customer vehicles by changing fluids, replacing filters, wiper blades, and batteries; lubricates engine and wheel components; rotates tires; checks tire pressure and oil leaks; recommends additional services; prepares service reports; and communicates completion delays to service advisors.

Meet with customers to present and demo vehicles, explain features and warranties, qualify buyers, conduct test drives, negotiate pricing, close sales, maintain customer relationships, and participate in promotional and training activities.

Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil and fluid changes, filter and wiper replacements, tire rotations and pressure checks, lubrication of engine and wheel components, vehicle inspections for leaks, customer service communication, and notifying service advisors of timing or scope issues.
