Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, tire rotations, battery and wiper replacement, inspections for leaks, applying lubricants, and reporting service needs to the Service Advisor. Provide excellent customer service and recommend additional servicing when necessary.

Meet with customers to assess needs, explain vehicle features and warranties, conduct test drives, negotiate pricing, close sales, maintain customer relationships, and participate in community events and training. Must overcome objections and hit sales goals.
