Provides pharmaceutical care by evaluating prescriptions, identifying medication-related problems, checking dispensing accuracy, counseling patients and providers, and supplying drug information to clinicians. The pharmacist supervises pharmacy technicians and clerks, supports department policies, serves diverse patients, and works variable day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Provides comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages while serving as a clinical EMR specialist. Responsibilities include diagnosis and treatment, preventive and urgent care, prenatal and postnatal services, documentation, provider onboarding, EMR training, workflow redesign, competency improvement, upgrade participation, and clinical implementation support. The role serves as a liaison between medical providers and IT and requires either a Family Nurse Practitioner or Family Medicine Physician license in Massachusetts.

Provide outpatient psychotherapy, behavioral health assessments, consultations, and evaluations for patients from pediatric through geriatric populations. Collaborate with medical and clinical teams, coordinate patient care, support self-management, maintain documentation, and provide advocacy, outreach, and education. The role requires a Massachusetts behavioral health license or eligibility and bilingual Spanish or Portuguese proficiency. It is hybrid, with three onsite days and two remote days weekly.

Provides frontline IT support by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, account, and telecommunications issues. Responds to user requests, documents and tracks helpdesk tickets, monitors systems, escalates incidents, coordinates with vendors, supports end-user training, and travels between health center sites as needed. The role includes rotational after-hours and weekend support and a fluctuating schedule.

The Director of Optometry provides direct patient care, leads clinical operations, supervises staff and preceptors, and teaches and mentors optometry students. The role oversees compliance, quality improvement, workflows, staffing, performance reporting, budgeting, and student evaluation across community health center sites. The director collaborates with MCPHS and health center leadership to support evidence-based education, operational efficiency, culturally competent care, and professional development.

Processes and coordinates specialty referrals, including insurance authorizations, appointment scheduling, patient communication, telemedicine referrals, and follow-up on consultant reports and diagnostic results. Maintains referral records, responds to patient portal messages, communicates with providers and payers, and produces referral tracking reports.
