Provides pharmaceutical care by evaluating prescriptions, identifying medication-related problems, checking dispensing accuracy, counseling patients and providers, and supplying drug information to clinicians. The pharmacist supervises pharmacy technicians and clerks, supports department policies, serves diverse patients, and works variable day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.

Provides psychiatric medication evaluations, treatment management, and consultation to patients, medical providers, nurses, behavioral health clinicians, and community providers. Responsibilities include clinical supervision, multidisciplinary case reviews, quality improvement activities, administrative projects, documentation, billing compliance, and adherence to patient-care protocols. The role combines hybrid remote and in-person appointments within a community health center setting.

Provide outpatient mental and behavioral health psychotherapy, assessments, consultations, and care coordination for community health center patients, including substance use disorder populations. Collaborate with medical and clinical teams, support patient self-management, maintain documentation, provide advocacy and education, and participate in health center projects and trainings. Spanish or Portuguese bilingual ability is a plus.
