Drive B2B customer acquisition and revenue by qualifying leads, delivering product demos, closing deals, and managing a portfolio for renewals and upsells. Maintain CRM pipelines, forecast weekly, collaborate with marketing and customer success, and nurture long-term client relationships.

Provide first-level support via chat/email/call, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalate when needed, document tickets and customer data, follow up to resolution, recommend process improvements, and maintain help-desk knowledge.

Own Edmingle's full marketing function: website & landing page messaging, coordinate performance marketing agency, run content and social, enable sales with product marketing materials, manage marketing operations and reporting, and plan events and customer engagement.

Own enterprise and high-value customer relationships to drive onboarding, adoption, renewals, upsell, and retention. Monitor usage and success metrics, identify at-risk accounts, deliver training, and coordinate with Product, Sales, and Support to improve customer outcomes and influence product roadmap.
