Own a strategic portfolio of high-value B2B SaaS accounts, driving adoption, renewals, retention, expansion, executive relationships, business reviews, account health, escalations, and structured product feedback. Build customer success playbooks for onboarding, health tracking, and reviews while partnering closely with founders and senior stakeholders. The role requires independently managing renewal revenue, analyzing product, billing, and support data, and creating structure in an evolving environment.

Own Edmingle’s day-to-day B2B SaaS marketing function across website positioning, content, social media, product marketing, sales enablement, marketing operations, events, webinars, and performance marketing agency management. The role includes managing lead funnels and reporting, coordinating with designers, developers, sales, and engineering, translating product releases into customer communications, and driving pipeline growth through paid and organic channels.

Own enterprise and high-value customer relationships to drive onboarding, adoption, renewals, upsell, and retention. Monitor usage and success metrics, identify at-risk accounts, deliver training, and coordinate with Product, Sales, and Support to improve customer outcomes and influence product roadmap.
